Warning Description: Coastal Flood Advisory

Warning Date: 3:59 am EST on February 25, 2011

WarningSum:...Coastal Flood Advisory In Effect From 10 Am This Morning To
2 Pm Est This Afternoon...

Warning Message:The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a coastal
Flood Advisory...which is in effect from 10 am this morning to
2 PM EST this afternoon. 
* Coastal flooding...tides reaching around 3.5 feet MLLW and
  resulting in minor tidal flooding. 
* Timing...late this morning into early this afternoon. 
* Impacts...areas most prone to flooding will experience minor
  tidal flooding. 
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
This coastal Flood Advisory indicates that southerly winds and
tides will combine to generate minor flooding of low areas along
the shore. Please do not park your vehicle in an area prone to
tidal flooding. Please do not try to drive across flooded roads.

WarningSum:...High Wind Warning Remains In Effect From 2 Pm This Afternoon
To Midnight Est Tonight...

Warning Message:A High Wind Warning remains in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to
midnight EST tonight. 
* Locations...eastern Pennsylvania...northwest...central and 
  southern New Jersey...northeast Maryland and Delaware 
* hazards...locally damaging winds.
* Winds...west 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* Timing...strongest winds are expected this afternoon into the
  early evening.
* Impacts...widespread power outages are possible. Downed trees 
  and tree limbs may damage structures and vehicles. The wind 
  will make driving difficult...especially on bridges and 
  overpasses. 
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
